I realize I hardly ever post on this blog. I think it comes from a general lack of creativity on my part. I can never think of anything to write. So here's my idea.
Every Saturday I'm going to post a "Weekly Weigh-In" since Saturday mornings are when I check my weight each week. Hopefully that will get me posting more regularly. So here's the stats so far:
Weight: 312 lbs
Weight change this week: - 1 lb
Total Loss: 148 lbs
Dress Size: hovering between a 26 and 24 (depends on the type of clothes)
